On the docket for this episode, we’re covering The Texarkana Moonlight Murders where a masked man, dubbed The Phantom Killer, attacked couples at lovers’ lanes and isolated areas over a span of ten weeks in 1946 in the Texarkana region, a blended region consisting of twin cities: Texarkana, Texas and Texarkana, Arkansas, which are in Bowie County and Miller County, respectively.
